In the house, Solar Energy is used to provide Warm Water, Lighting. With the use of Solar energy, The cost of bills are lower because electricity doesn't need to be used. The Solar Energy is gathered via large Solar Water Heaters on the roof, as shown below.

Water Conservation.

Water Conservation is achieved by using Low Flush Toilets and by providing Showers instead of Baths, this is known as recycling Grey Water.

Recycled Concrete Foundations.

The Recycled Concrete Foundations are Reinforced Foundations from previous buildings. Allowing extra strength and support to the current.

Smart Cabling

Smart Cabling allows for Digital TV and Telephone in every room in the house. Security Cameras are also a feature for the tenants which can be accessed via TV Screens. There are a total of 4 sockets in every room, they are;

Telephone Plug, A Television Plug, A Sky Plug, and A Double Power Socket.
