The external refurbishment of a Smith house includes

· replacement of the external walls

· replacement of windows with double glazed units

· new doors chosen by tenants.

The internal refurbishment depends on the style of the house but can include:-

· kitchen to be extended into the utility room and new units chosen by the tenant

· wall between the bathroom and W.C. removed and new bathroom suite chosen by the tenant

· kitchens have extractor fans fitted

· bathrooms have extractor fans controlled by a sensor

· gas fired central heating is installed which will also heat the water.
{this can be a wall mounted boiler or focal fire with back boiler}

All houses were rewired and given new plumbing.
